Director - Intelligent Infrastructure Services
Based Remote US
We're looking for a visionary and strategic leader to build and scale our Intelligent Infrastructure Services organization. This role will be responsible for shaping the strategy, structure, and execution of a comprehensive services portfolio that supports Jabil-designed products and solutions for hyperscalers and enterprise customers in servers, storage, and networking. The Director will ensure services are seamlessly integrated into competitive RFPs and delivered post-sale to drive operational excellence and customer success.
What can you expect to do?
Build & Scale the OrganizationEstablish and grow a high-performing services team encompassing pre-sales, post-sales, managed services, break-fix, and professional services.
Develop a Differentiated Services PortfolioDefine and evolve a catalog of standard warranty offerings and custom service SKUs tailored to the unique needs of hyperscalers and enterprise clients.
Drive Strategic CollaborationPartner cross-functionally with business units, product, engineering, program management, and sales to embed services into solution proposals and RFP responses.
Design for Customer SuccessEnsure services are crafted to enhance customer experience, accelerate deployment, and deliver long-term value and profitability.
Ensure Operational ExcellenceLead post-sale execution to align with pre-sales commitments, maintaining high standards of delivery and customer satisfaction.
Leverage Market IntelligenceMonitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform and evolve service strategy.
Lead & InspireRecruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?
Bachelor's degree required.
10-15 years of experience in a technology or infrastructure services organization, with a strong track record of success. Must have prior experience with server, storage, and/or networking industries.
Proven leadership in building or scaling pre-sales and post-sales services teams.
Deep expertise in managed services, professional services, and solution architecture such as break-fix and warranty.
Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience navigating complex RFPs and enterprise procurement processes.

The pay range for this role is $159,600 - $287,200. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: December 01, 2025.
As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance. In addition, Jabil offers benefits to enhance your health, wealth, and resilient self.
