Come join us as an Administrative Trainee/Assistant and be a part of the successful and growing HUB International team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work 8-20 hours per week and is flexible depending on your current school schedule.

Duties

We are looking for someone to help perform routine administrative functions which may include:

Entering applications and data into Formstack

Entering and editing data into various platforms

Printing and collating employee benefit guides

Opening mail

Scanning checks

Shredding documents

Photocopying

Preparing proposals for clients

Performing loss run reports

Stocking and ordering office supplies

Attending selected employee or client meetings

Assisting with other administrative duties when needed

Qualifications

Must be willing to work 8-20 hours per week, during normal business hours between 8:00A to 5:00P in an office environment setting. Schedule can be flexible.

Must have a high school diploma or GED, and currently be attending college.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Self-directed and a willingness to work independently at times.

A positive attitude that embraces teamwork and learning.

Desire and willingness to learn about the insurance industry.

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant experience

Required Travel: Negligible

Required Education: Some college (no degree)
