Job Summary

CLIENT is looking for a proactive, organized, multi-tasking Executive Assistant. This position will focus on streamlining daily operations and provide creative problem-solving. This position relies heavily on interpersonal skills to strengthen communication amongst all members of the team. Our ideal candidate is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to expand their knowledge and experience working alongside the C-suite. This individual will thrive in the ever-evolving environment of a start-up company.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Executive Administrative Assistant I include but are not limited to:

· Provides assistance by organizing and prioritizing the brand president's calendars in alignment with both strategic priorities and matters requiring immediate attention

· Ensure forward planning and offer solutions to address relative issues

· Prepare and format information for both internal and external distribution

Collect and synthesize information to prepare the brand president for high-level meetings

· Attend meetings in order to track and help drive completion of key deliverables, following up on outstanding items to ensure timely execution

· Coordinate travel arrangements, develop itineraries, manage pre-and post- logistics

· Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers and retail partners

· Manage legal documentation flow

· Plan, manage and execute special projects and assignments

· Serves as a liaison between multiple team leaders to ensure project completion

· Provide support to the overall leadership team as needed

Qualifications

Candidates for Executive Administrative Assistant I must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Must have 8+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, or equivalent

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

· Experience working within the Beauty/Skincare/Wellness industry

· Entrepreneurial spirit and drive

· Ability to anticipate issues/concerns and provide solutions

· Strong critical thinking, written + verbal communication, and time management skills

· Detail oriented with the ability to think strategically

· Proficient with MS-Suite, G-Suite, Zoom, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mac Programs

Pay: $26.00/hour

Shift: Monday thru Friday, 9AM - 6PM

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
