What does a Universal Banker do?

As a new Universal Banker at Generations Bank, you can expect your day-to-day responsibilities to revolve around delivering exceptional customer service focused on meeting clients\' needs. You will engage with customers to assist them in processing transactions efficiently, ensuring a seamless banking experience while demonstrating strong attention to detail in cash handling. Daily tasks will include managing multiple customer accounts, addressing inquiries, and providing tailored financial solutions.

Your schedule will typically follow a standard workweek from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured yet flexible work environment. During your shifts, you\'ll collaborate closely with team members to foster positive relationships and enhance communication. You will also participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to sharpen your skills and stay updated on banking practices.

What is required to apply

You\'ll need to have these to be considered for this role:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

One or more years of customer service.

Ability to perform the essential physical and mental demands listed

in the attached \"Full Job Description.\"
