We're currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. Schedule: 7:00pm - 5:30am, 4 x 10's, will train on 1st shift Pay: $32 - $35/hr. (Depending on experience) Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Perform all tasks safely, following PPE and safety protocols; report hazards immediately. Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on equipment to prevent issues. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems up to 480V 3-phase, including RTUs, motors, lighting, and HVAC. Repair, maintain, and replace electric motors and related equipment such as drives. Install and repair electronic equipment, including PLCs and programmable drives. Install new equipment, mount fixtures, run conduit, pull wire, and connect wiring. Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns and support facility operations with strong mechanical/electrical skills. Qualifications & Skills: Strong commitment to safety and PPE use. Ability to work on up to 480V 3-phase (higher voltage a plus). Experience with industrial/manufacturing PLCs and motor programmable drives. Skilled in conduit installation, machine moves, and new equipment setups. Experience in melting/molding environments a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; electrical schooling/apprenticeship preferred. Must meet physical demands and skill requirements of the role.
