About the Role

We're urgently hiring a skilled CNC Operator to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires precision and efficiency in operating CNC machinery, ensuring all output meets strict design and quality standards. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC mills or lathes with accuracy and consistency

Monitor machine performance and adjust for optimal cycle times and positioning

Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Troubleshoot machine issues and collaborate with team leads

Perform production runs and deburring as needed

Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and attachments for each job

Qualifications

Proven experience operating CNC mills or lathes

Ability to work independently or under consistent oversight

Skilled in blueprint reading and precision measurement tools

Shift Options & Pay Differentials

2nd Shift:Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM ($8/hour shift differential)

Weekend Shift:Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM ($6/hour shift differential)

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
