Job Summary:
As an IBC teller, you'll be the face of our bank, building meaningful relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service.
Whether you're processing transactions or helping a customer understand their banking options, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact in your community.
In this role, you'll also work closely with your team, learning new skills and contributing to the branch's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service while processing routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
Answer customer inquiries and help educate them about IBC's products and services.
Ensure the accuracy of customer transactions and assist in resolving customer inquiries.
Promote and cross-sell bank products by identifying customer needs and recommending solutions.
Assist with branch operations, including maintaining accurate cash records and following security protocols.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet branch goals and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or banking preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Team-oriented, with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
