Production Worker - Kitting & Assembly Opportunity in Fridley, MN Looking for an entry-level production role where attention to detail and teamwork matter? Hours & Pay 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:45 AM - 2:00 PM | $17.00/hr 3rd Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:45 PM - 6:00 AM | $18.50/hr Daily Responsibilities Assemble various components to create completed kits for customers Read basic work orders and load items, such as gift cards, into boxes according to instructions Follow all directions from the kitting coordinator or table lead Perform tasks accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality standards Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace Communicate effectively with table leads and coordinators Assist with other production tasks as needed to meet daily goals Maintain a positive attitude and motivation while upholding the company's core values Work outside normal hours when required to accommodate production needs Why You'll Love This Role This position comes with a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, wellness, and financial future.
