Pitney Bowes is now hiring for a Direct Hire Full Time Warehouse Assembly Associate III in our? Whitestown, IN ?facility.

Day shift : Monday - Friday (Day Shift)

Base Rate: $22.00 / hr

You Are:

An individual who enjoys a fast-paced, physical production environment while developing new skills in the Shipping and mailing industry. You are a hard-working and vital contributor to Pitney Bowes' success in meeting productivity standards and customer satisfaction ratings.

As an Assembly Associate III, you will : ???

Work with the Materials/Shipping department to resolve any issues

Be able to understand manufacturing processes and procedures

Quickly learn and incorporate basic problem-solving skills

The ability to lift to 50lbs with or without accommodation

Have a basic understanding of English and be able to understand and follow safety and other operational directions communicated in English

Perform all additional duties as required

Your Background :

The ability to be dependable and reliable

Experience working in a complex assembly environment

Hands on experience with Pitney Bowes mailing equipment or similar products

The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation

The ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodation

Warehouse or equivalent experience preferred

Basic computer skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Education- HS Diploma, GED

Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English Language

The ability to work overtime which may include weekends, holidays and or a different shift with little or no advance notice
