Description

Robert Half is seeking a skilled Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and provide vital support to staff and leadership teams within a fast-paced environment. If you're a motivated problem-solver with a passion for creating efficient workflows, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Oversee office operations and administrative staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Manage office budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain tracking systems for supplies and resources.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and team activities, including logistics and facilities preparation.

Work closely with leadership to streamline office policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement.

Supervise maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades to ensure the office environment remains safe, functional, and well-organized.

Ensure compliance with company policies regarding records management, confidentiality, and workplace safety.

Provide leadership in onboarding and training for new administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed to support leadership initiatives.

Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.

Requirements

Proven experience in office management, administrative leadership, or a similar role is required.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with office management software is a plus.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Attention to detail and ability to implement efficient processes and workflows.

Proactive problem-solver with a professional and resourceful approach to challenges.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business administration or a related field is preferred.
