What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a retail location.
Monitor access to the premises, verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unwanted behavior.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to address inquiries and provide information.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or unusual activities according to site procedures.
Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal management and local authorities as required.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
