We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to become an integral part of our team as Industrial Truck and Tractor Operators. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our work sites, contributing to the quality and success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation: Safely operate industrial trucks and tractors to move materials and equipment as needed on construction sites. This includes loading, unloading, and positioning materials, ensuring they are available for construction activities.

Maintenance and Inspection: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Report any issues or necessary repairs to supervisors promptly.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in safety meetings and training sessions as required.

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with site supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks efficiently. Communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and address any site requirements.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of materials moved, equipment usage, and any incidents or observations that may impact project timelines or safety.

Efficiency and Productivity: Utilize equipment and resources in an efficient manner to meet project deadlines. Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with the team to implement solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience operating industrial trucks and tractors, preferably in a construction setting.

Certification or training in heavy equipment operation is an advantage.

Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to construction and heavy equipment operation.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Physical stamina and ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
