We have a diverse portfolio of businesses managing projects at any scale. Duininck is looking for an energetic workspace experience coordinator to help manage new office spaces as our company grows. Responsible for helping maintain and review the physical and emotional environment of the workplace as the voice of the employees for change and opportunities. The mission of this role is to create a dynamic, engaging atmosphere that fosters productivity, collaboration, and well-being among our different offices. The Role: Oversee the setup and day-to-day management of our workspace supporting Construction and Materials businesses. Observe how people are using the space and make sure furniture, supplies, and setups support productive work. Advocate and find solutions to opportunities that arise within the work environment. Partner with IS to order equipment, keep networks running smoothly, and troubleshoot issues as they come up. Create, own, and adjust workspace guidelines to ensure the environment stays respectful, supportive, and aligned with how we want to work together. Provide project support as needed for Construction and Materials Sector leaders. Design and manage visitor experiences by serving as the main point of contact for guests and new employees during their time onsite. Partner with vendors for office supplies, facilities maintenance, cleaning services, mail services etc. Support and help coordinate events for the Construction and Materials sector. Work Environment: In office, managing the space primarily in Excelsior, MN Additional future support will be required in Willmar, MN with travel reimbursement provided when on site is needed. Occasional travel may be needed to additional satellite offices. Self-Motivated, find and solve for opportunities, troubleshoot and own solutions.
