Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

AT&T has an opening for an Administrative Specialist to support the Federal Government in providing O&M / PM support of contracted operations.

Job responsibilities include but may not be limited to :

Fluent in Microsoft Access, Excel and Exchange email.

Update and maintain all inventory and billing loaded into Microsoft Access Databases.

Work with customer databases for ordering and billing of telecommunications services.

Knowledgeable of telecommunications services such as circuits, telephone numbers, etc...

Processing Requests For Service (RFS) with appropriate vendors, internal and external, to provide new service and maintain detailed records.

Must be self-sufficient; have excellent verbal, written and organization skills.

Prior procurement, inventory, telecommunications network skills are a plus.

Overtime, shift work and weekend tours will be required. Occasional travel may be required, or other duties as assigned.

Employee must be willing and able to obtain a government issued Top Secret Security clearance. Holding a current TS is a plus.

Required Clearance:

Must be able to initially obtain Public Trust and follow-on TS (#clearable) (#topsecret)

Our Administrative Specialist Service Order's earn between $40,000 to $79,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
