Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Worker who will be responsible for picking and packing orders accurately. The role involves preparing orders for shipment with proper labeling and documentation, inspecting incoming shipments against purchase orders, and unloading and unpacking merchandise while checking for damages and discrepancies.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.

Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.

Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.

Unload and unpack merchandise, checking for damages and discrepancies.

Organize and stock merchandise in designated areas.

Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts.

Maintain accurate inventory records.

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.

Assist in loading and unloading trucks.

Essential Skills

1+ year of warehouse and material handling experience

Comfortable lifting 35+ pounds

1+ year of computer experience

Proficiency in packing, inventory management, and order picking

Experience with RF scanners and shipping and receiving processes

Material handling expertise

Work Environment

Our warehouse offers a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to work with essential warehouse equipment like pallet jacks, ensuring smooth operations. The role requires physical activity, including lifting items weighing over 35 pounds, and involves regular hours to maintain work-life balance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
