Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for an Accounts Payable Representative in Atlanta, GA . Shift: Friday - Monday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Weekly paycheck

Pay: $ 27.96/hr

Responsibilities:

Process and manage all funding requests (checks, wires, refunds, and tax payments) with a high degree of accuracy.

Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, including processing check voids and stop payments.

Maintain vendor data integrity and ensure W9/W8 forms are correctly processed.

Generate daily reports for FX Currency exchange and upload data to the database for analysis.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role.

Excellent communication skills , both oral and written.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with report-writing tools.

Proven ability to work independently , take initiative, and perform logical research.

Pay Details: $27.96 per week
