Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Lakeville, MN. The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of commercial construction projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with various departments, managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of commercial construction projects.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Maintain high standards of safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Skills

3+ years of experience in Commercial Construction Project Management from a General Contractor.

Proven expertise in commercial construction and project management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Commercial TI and Ground-up projects as a project manager for a general contractor.

Work Environment

The role requires working on-site in Lakeville, MN. It involves collaborating with various departments to ensure project success and adherence to safety and quality standards. The work environment is dynamic and involves managing multiple aspects of commercial construction projects.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeville, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
