Construction Utility Technician

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Assist the Construction Manager with day-to-day project supervision and coordination tasks.

Archive and maintain project documentation, including photos and digitized records.

Move, assemble, and install furniture or equipment as needed to support project activities.

Operate forklifts and other construction equipment safely and effectively.

Support contractor, vendor, and permitting agency communications and follow-up.

Perform general construction site tasks, including cleanup, materials handling, and site preparation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Ability to safely operate forklifts and other construction equipment (training provided if necessary).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication skills for coordinating with contractors, vendors, and team members.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to safety and responsible work practices.
