Job Description:

Admin Assistant

OnSite Farmington Hills, MI

$10-14/hr

Job Description: High school diploma or equivalent. Some college experience a plus. Minimum of 3 years executive assistant and accounting/budgeting experience required. Must be energetic and enthusiastic. Enjoys working with people. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Job to entail filing, copying, sorting mail or other documents. Answering phones as well as other duties. Additional tasks to include minor budgeting and bookkeeping responsibilities. Point of contact for vendors, building management, and MB business entities. Lead contact for events including securing invoices, event space and more. Position will also assist the Vice President of External Affairs with scheduling and other key responsibilities.
