We're seeking a Marketing Operations and Process Manager to join our enterprise marketing team, leading efforts in Marketing Governance to ensure regulatory excellence and strategic alignment.
Responsible for leading operations efforts for Enterprise Marketing.
Provides support for, and guidance on, effectively managing operations, process,
and execution including areas such as marketing analytics, marketing technology
product management, campaign optimization, and campaign fulfillment.
Partners closely with Marketing leaders to understand needs and lead projects to
optimize efficiency and process improvement across teams ensuring quality end-to end
solutions.
Develops and manages all processes, procedures, policies, documentation, and
governance that add value to both enterprise and affiliate stakeholders.
Partners with Marketing leaders during projects and campaigns to strategize risk minded
practices and performance metrics
Provides broad leadership, partner support, and individual ownership in support of
risk programs, such as control and risk assessments and issue management.
Facilitate cross-functional team eorts, reviews and approvals.
Prepare management reporting.
Other duties as required.
This is an in-office position that will sit at a local corporate hub 5 days a week. This is
not a hybrid role.

Requires a Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related field and 8+ years of
experience in marketing operations, marketing platforms used in leading marketing
operations and automation teams. A combination of education and experience may meet
requirements.
Advanced knowledge of marketing practices and methodologies.
Understanding of the US Banking industry and/or the broader financial service
industry.
Experience supporting risk programs within a financial services industry.
Strong strategic planning, analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.
Deep understanding of deposits and lending campaigns/promotions.
Proven experience executing various campaign @types as well as remediation
efforts.
Excellent innovative thinking and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to simplify complex situations, gain support and influence others toward
desired outcomes.
Ability to partner cross functionality to achieve outcomes.
Ability to recognize the need for change in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Ability to deliver conclusive presentations/proposals to management.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary Range: This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $114,000 - $152,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
