Job Title: Account ManagerJob Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Account Manager to serve as the lead point of contact for all customer-related matters. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring that our products meet their needs and objectives while being delivered on time.

Responsibilities

Manage progress, identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks, collect status, communicate changes and urgent needs, and facilitate cross-functional cooperation to meet quality and delivery requirements.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products according to customer needs and objectives.

Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders clearly.

Forecast and track key account metrics.

Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.

Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

2-3 years of experience in the aerospace industry preferred.

2-4 years of experience in program or product management preferred.

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven experience in account management or other relevant roles.

Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all organizational levels.

Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and applicable MRP modules).

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Work Environment

This position is based onsite in Tukwila.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tukwila, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
