Job Title: Assembler $16 an hour! 1st shift

Job Description

Join a leading firearms manufacturer known for producing high-quality single-shot .22 guns. As an assembler, you will play a key role in ensuring that parts are meticulously packaged and assembled, maintaining the utmost accuracy in matching serial numbers with corresponding stickers before shipment to customers.

Responsibilities

Package parts in small bags with precision.

Assemble gun components accurately and efficiently.

Match serial numbers on guns with corresponding stickers.

Prepare guns for shipment by boxing them correctly.

Fold boxes to prepare for the next shift.

Tag guns as necessary.

Ensure all numbers and components are correctly matched and packaged.

Essential Skills

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team setting.

Prior assembly line experience.

Experience in general production, warehouse inventory, or material handling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Entry-level position; prior assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Detail-oriented mindset is essential due to the precision required with small parts.

Work Environment

Work in a facility with approximately 50 employees on the first shift, and a smaller, newly established second shift. The facility is organized into departments, including two assembly sections, a wood shop, and a main area with CNC machines. Collaborate with team members in a supportive and structured setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milton, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
