Purpose:
In the Clinical Supply Chain Digital Solutions department we drive digital transformation and manage the digital landscape of our Clinical Supply Chain to provide Hope in a Box to patients. As the Clinical Supply Chain Systems Manager for logistics, you'll be responsible for shaping and leading a multi-year strategy to modernize and improve our logistics systems and digital capabilities. This includes process re-engineering, enhancing data integration across platforms, and implementing tools that support better planning, execution and decision-making.
You'll work closely with teams across the organization, including Clinical Supply Chain, commercial supply chain, Quality and IT, to identify operational challenges, define requirements for future systems, and guide the implementation of solutions that deliver clear and measurable business improvements.
This role will have a particular focus on supporting the integration of our Malvern facility into the clinical supply chain network, ensuring seamless digital and operational logistics alignment will be a key priority.
You will be responsible to :
Lead the development of a comprehensive logistics systems transformation strategy, investment budget and multi-year roadmap for logistics aligned with business objectives.
Serve as the main liaison between business partners and technology teams to ensure solutions meet operational requirements
Develop outstanding relationships with our partners in Innovative Medicine Supply Chain, IT and relevant technology providers to design a state-of-the-art digital landscape.
Drive process (re)design, adoption and business value realization of systems and data through all phases of the transformation journey, from ideation to implementation
Actively network within the industry to proactively benchmark, exchange knowledge, design and build industry solutions.
Program/project management: establish comprehensive planning, tracking and reporting; ensure all program deliverables are delivered, in time, in budget, on quality and aligned with the overall timelines including dependent projects. Manage cross-program deployment interdependencies by working with respective stakeholders to implement controls, cadence, and risk mitigations.
Act as business owner of systems in scope, work with IT partners to ensure robust support / incident management processes for relevant systems are in place and ensure validated state of the systems.
Ensure business plans are aligned within R&D capital budgets; oversee portfolio budget. Implement strong financial controls.
Qualifications
Education
A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience within R&D or Supply Chain including driving digital or other transformation initiatives is required.
Master's degree or MBA is an advantage, as are PMI, CSCP or CPLM certifications.

A minimum of 5 years of experience within R&D or Supply Chain including driving digital or other transformation initiatives.
In depth experience in Deliver/Logistics with a preference for experience in a Pharmaceutical / R&D environment.
Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute a cohesive digital strategy that aligns with organizational goals. Strong understanding of the digital technology market.
Experience with SAP is required.
Expertise in team dynamics, organizational and project management skills, balancing multiple complex projects with outstanding (senior) stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in GxP, privacy regulations, data integrity and (Agile) systems lifecycle development.
Strong influencing skills, with the ability to understand issues from multiple viewpoints.
A bias for transformational change, experience in change management and driving digital adoption across diverse teams and organizational levels.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$115,000-$197,800
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The expected base pay range for this position is $115,000 to $197,800. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
