Our client, a leading provider in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer support team, ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate laboratory results. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong commitment to customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Waltham, MA

Pay Range: Upon Experience

Shift: 8 hours per shift

What's the Job?

Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.

Develop and maintain effective relationships through timely communication.

Contact clients regarding abnormal test results and verify information.

Assist clients with inquiries about test status, requirements, and specimen handling.

Document all calls into appropriate systems and communicate with various departments to resolve client questions.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma required.

1 - 2 years of related experience in a medical/laboratory customer service setting.

Excellent communication skills.

Prior call center experience and/or experience with multi-line phone systems.

Ability to take initiative and resolve customer service issues promptly.
