The Americas Azure CSA Finance team is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead one of our high-impact Azure Solution Areas . This is a rare opportunity to shape the financial strategy of Microsoft's fastest-growing product, working at the center of innovation and transformation.
In this role, you'll partner closely with senior leaders across the Americas Business Group, Field Finance, MCAPS Core, and Engineering Finance, driving insights and decisions that fuel Azure's growth across the region.
What You'll Do
Lead financial planning and analysis for a key Azure Solution Play, Unify your Data Platform.
Deliver high-impact modeling and insights using Microsoft's advanced AI tools and financial systems.
Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Navigate ambiguity and fast-changing business needs with confidence and clarity.

Responsibilities
Prioritize
Deliver business insights and identify growth opportunities in Azure CSA. Drive thoughtful GTM strategy, support new initiatives to grow the business.
Articulate findings into high quality analysis and communications, facilitate executive decision making across finance, and stakeholder executive leadership.
Maintain good pulse on execution, risk, and opportunity, to ensure we design optimal GTM strategy based on learning and feedback.
Conduct regular revenue and key performance indicators reviews, develop quarterly forecasts and targets, and support business reviews.
Partnership
Partner with stakeholders to drive analytics, insights and forecasting for revenue and investments - what's working/what's not and drive actionable business health analysis through monthly/quarterly rhythms.
Protect
Ensures compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring accuracy of financial documents and business processes; drives corrective measures. Consults with business partners on sharing financial information, approved instruments and processes, and consistency with corporate policies. Collaborate with Compliance groups to ensure the team is current in company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Required / Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in financial modeling and/or use of Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience
OR equivalent experience.
Ability to develop trusted partnerships with field, headquarters and business leaders.
Able to handle a high degree of ambiguity and quickly identify what needs to be accomplished across multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders.
Ability to influence others without direct authority and appropriately push back when required.
Experience in Microsoft products such as PowerPivot and MSFinance a plus
1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization.
1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry.
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
