Description:
You will be the Manufacturing Planner Senior for the PAC-3 Missile Production Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing program planning and manufacturing planning activities for all PAC-3 Missile production parts.
What You Will Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring data integrity in the MRP system and effective management of material flow, inventory optimization, and production schedules
Providing status reports to internal customers and analyzing production data to inform business decisions
Coordinating with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing, and supply chain management
Working in the PP&C organization as a Make Planner, Buy Planner or Bill of Materials (BOM) Planner

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
6+ years of professional experience
Demonstrated strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
Demonstrated knowledge of Manufacturing Planning and Supply Chain Management concepts including: Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Production Planning and Control (PP&C), and Supply Chain Management and Procurement Principles
Familiar with Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing Concepts and Processes
Demonstrated knowledge of supply and demand with the ability to analyze and respond to changes in customer demand, supplier lead times, and inventory levels to ensure optimal production planning and scheduling
Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Desired Skills:
Production Site or Manufacturing experience
Past experience with the Production, Planning and Control (PP&C) organization as a Scheduler, Make Planner, Buy Planner or Bill of Materials (BOM) Planner
Basic knowledge in Inventory Control, Material Handling and Warehouse Management Systems
Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry, peers, a represented workforce or business
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
Demonstrated proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs
Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists
Green Belt trained and/or certified
APICS certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
