As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the facility. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, interacting with employees and visitors, and providing exceptional customer service while upholding the highest standards of communication. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for driving as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas within the facility.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by site procedures.
Assist with emergency response protocols, including evacuations and/or other site-specific actions as directed.
Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors while upholding Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
