Job Description:

Inspection and Diagnosis: Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues, using diagnostic tools and equipment.

Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs on various systems, including engines, brakes, and electrical systems. Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

Customer Interaction: Advise customers on vehicle conditions, necessary repairs, and maintenance schedules. - Communicate effectively to explain issues and solutions.

Documentation: Complete reports to record problems, repairs performed, and parts used. Maintain accurate records of service performed and customer interactions.

Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and service advisors to prioritize and manage workload efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive systems and components, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose issues accurately and develop effective solutions.

Attention to Detail: Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are performed accurately and safely.

Physical Stamina: The role often requires lifting heavy equipment and working in various physical positions.
