Pipelayer - Bradenton, FL - Bradenton, Florida (Job Number: 428119)

We are seeking experienced Pipelayers in the Bradenton FL, 34212 area. Pay: $24-$28/hr based on experience. Local Hires Only

As a Pipelayer for our Civil District, you will contribute to our team by:

Doing layout, set elevations and grading.

Installing of above ground mechanical piping and supports.

Must Have experience with the installation of C900 and ductile iron pipe.

Reading /Interpreting: contract documents, submittals, shop drawings, architectural, structural and mechanical drawings

What you will bring to the role:

-Must have minimum of 5 years' experience in the pipefitter /mechanical trade

-Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications

-Able to create a safe working environment, and understands OSHA regulations

-Ability to take off and communicate tool and material requirements to the supervisor

-Must have experience in PVC installation and flanged piping mechanical systems

-Must have experience setting mechanical equipment including Clarifier equipment, pumps

-Ability to set up and perform piping tests

-Must have reliable transportation to jobsite

-Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work well with others

-Ability to identify potential issues during installation and elevate them to Foreman/Gen Foreman

-Must be able to pass a background check

-Must be able to pass a drug test
