We are looking for a front desk coordinator to help a leading healthcare organization who is committed to providing high-quality patient care and exceptional service. Our team is dedicated to improving lives, and we are excited to welcome a dynamic and organized Front Desk Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the friendly and professional first point of contact for patients and visitors at the front desk.

Answer incoming calls via a multi-line phone system and direct calls to the appropriate departments or team members.

Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient files, and managing day-to-day communication.

Process checks and other clerical tasks efficiently and accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and functional.

Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, staff, and patients to address inquiries and coordinate services.

Assist in additional administrative tasks or special projects as needed.

Key Qualifications:

Experience: Previous administrative and clerical experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.

Multi-Line Phone System: Proficiency in managing a multi-line phone system, with strong communication and customer service skills.

Software Skills: Working knowledge of office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Excel) and the ability to quickly learn healthcare-specific software.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain accuracy.

Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in patient-facing roles, including scheduling and appointment coordination in a healthcare setting, is preferred.

Knowledge of healthcare systems or related software platforms is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
