Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Excalibur 1b Production Program Manager within the Precision Fires and Maneuver (PF&M) team. Excalibur 1b is a GPS guided, extended-range 155mm artillery projectile delivering pin-point accuracy and exceptional battlefield performance to the US Army as the prime customer. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of program execution to include cost, schedule, technical performance and customer satisfaction and will lead the cross functional execution team.
What You Will Do
Responsible for meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations.
Develop, inform and achieve AOP and LRP goals and objectives
Partner with Operations/Supply Chain to ensure factories can achieve MRP and contractual delivery commitments
Lead proposal and associated capture and startup activities for follow-on production efforts
Lead internal reviews and executive briefings pertaining to all pursuits to include, Gates, EACs, contract proposals, negotiation & definitization efforts
Served as the primary interface with US Army Government Leaders to develop and influence program priorities, execution, and funding strategies
Expected to support domestic and international travel as required
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum 12 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and a minimum 10 years of experience is required
Prior experience supporting production, development, and/or sustainment programs, leading teams and managing cost, schedule and technical performance
Proposal development and negotiations experience with DoD customers
Experience leading the quarterly EAC process and managing risks and opportunities
Experience leading cross functional organizations/Program Leadership Teams
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with US Government policies, regulations and processes tied to Foreign Military Sales and/or export authorizations
Prior experience engaging with senior leadership in the U.S. Government
Experience capturing or managing domestic and/or international development programs
Working knowledge of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) System including acquisition processes and streamlining opportunities
Proficiency with the RMD Program Management tool suite or similar program management systems

This position is an onsite role, located in Tucson, AZ.
The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
