As a Sr. Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and performance of the A&D, Automotive, Manufacturing and O&G industry segments within Capgemini Invent. This role is critical in driving growth, profitability, and innovation within these segments.
Role Expectations:
Experience in setting up large transformation programs within Product Engineering
Experience in leading and delivering large Engineering S/W programs
Create and industrialize target operating model and execution model
Experience in setting up VRO, PMO and driving governance
Develop and drive the Engineering transformation roadmap with the client
Strong understanding of the value driven by PLM and Manufacturing solutions
Experience in selling and managing multiple capabilities/cross-offers
Experience in AI approaches and engineering enablement using AI solutions.

Risk Management : Assess and manage risks associated with projects and operations, implementing risk mitigation strategies ensuring compliance
Customer Relations : Build strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Support : Understand the sales process and associated events and levers within Capgemini Invent.

Social Media Presence : Where you engage in professional social media postings (such as LinkedIn) and adhere to the standards as set by the Group.
