Customer-Focused Team Member

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Team Member to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you! This role requires flexibility as shifts vary, including both mornings and evenings, and weekend availability is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service: Greet customers warmly, assist with their orders, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
Order accuracy & payment processing: Take customer orders accurately, process payments, and handle transactions with precision.
Prepare and serve food & beverages: Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food and beverages are prepared and served to the highest standard.
Upsell & enhance customer experience: Recommend additional products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness: Ensure the dining area and kitchen are organized and cleaned throughout your shift.
Team collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
Restock inventory: Assist with restocking supplies and ensuring all items are readily available for service.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the restaurant industry is a plus.
Food handling proficiency: Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures is required.
Time management: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Math skills: Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing orders.
Adaptability: Comfortable working under pressure and adjusting to changing priorities.
Team-oriented: Willingness to pitch in wherever needed and collaborate to achieve team goals.
**Monday - Friday Morning shift needed**
