Clinical Operations Manager

Responsible to manage the clinical operations within the Orthopedic Clinic and cast room, meeting continuous performance improvement, customer service, financial, and delivery requirements in support of Seattle Children's mission, vision and values. In conjunction with the Clinic Chief, Director and Ambulatory CNS, this position is responsible for the implementation of strategic initiatives for Orthopedic and Ambulatory Services.

Required Education and Experience

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN). A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) may be substituted provided the incumbent also possesses a Bachelor's degree in another field. Minimum of two years of nursing experience. Demonstrated leadership experience.

Required Credentials

Current Washington State RN license. National certification in a clinical specialty area must be obtained within three years of employment. BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Preferred

Master's Degree in Nursing or business related field. Experience in a pediatric ambulatory setting. Recent experience in an ambulatory management and/or leadership role. Performance improvement experience.

Compensation Range

$126,805.00 - $190,207.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
