The Digital Direct Store (DDS) is a global team at Microsoft responsible for sales Devices and Creativity at Microsoft. DDS puts the consumer at the center, helping them discover, learn, and buy through direct and partner channels in over 120 countries around the world. In the Marketing Tech organization, you will be part of a rapidly growing center of innovation chartered with solving customer pain points for a global ecommerce brand.
The Marketing Techology team focuses on creating personalized online shopping experiences that reflect what customers care about most. They use data to find and grow the most promising opportunities. Acting as a connector between product, marketing, engineering, and design, they work together to improve how things run. Their goal is to keep learning and adjusting, using insights and technology to drive steady progress.
The Marketing Techology team is looking for someone to join our team as a Marketing Technology Manager who thrives on solving complex problems for customers by working across engineering, finance, marketing, and category leadership. Responsibilities
Orchestrating rhythms that are complimentary to the existing engineering sprint planning cycles.
Influence all aspects of a product lifecycle by working across multiple stakeholders.
Serve as the voice of reason when faced with competing priorities and enforce a logical rationalization matrix to justify tiebreaks.
Deliver results and earn trust in a matrix environment.
Partner closely with engineering to accelerate development cycles and delivery.
Build a strategic vision across given direct-to-consumer experiences, lending expertise when needed.
Own stakeholder feedback loops and reporting to bring a highly matrixed organization along for the ride.
Work closely with data teams, finance and legal to establish partnerships highlighting reporting and success criteria.
Collaborate with team members of established marketing technology managers, providing them with an inclusive team culture.
Be the voice of the customer in all meetings, challenging assumptions with data and maintaining a long-term vision for e-commerce at Microsoft.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
OR equivalent experience.
1+ year(s) technology/process improvement experience.
2+ years of relevant experience in product management or program management.
Additional/Preferred Qualifications

Marketing Technology IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
