Our Client, an Insurance company, is looking for an Associate Large Market Consultant for their Tallahassee, FL location. Responsibilities:

Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or a similar client-facing role

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization

A proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong decision-making abilities.

Ability to prioritize assigned workload and assist with team workload as requested

An assertive self-starter with strong organizational skills and a can-do approach, who aspires to excel in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Embrace and respect the team and the company

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience with project/timeline management and the ability to manage multiple projects at once, multi-tasking effectively, staying focused, and paying attention to details within strict and conflicting deadlines.

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) and project management tools.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.

Effectively establish working relationships with peers, and all internal and external customers
