What you will do:
The Senior Manager, Product Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the B2B and B2C marketing plans and positioning efforts for new and enhanced programs within the Payor Solutions portfolio. This position will lead 2-3 direct reports and the right candidate will have demonstrated experience in people leading.
As the Senior Manager you will develop and execute a detailed, metric-based marketing plan, informed by a deep understanding of the buying needs and challenges of our customers and influencers. It will include break-through positioning and messaging, multi-channel communication plans and a continued focus on campaign optimization to create awareness and demand for our product portfolio.
This role is meant for an experienced, digital-forward marketer that knows how to turn strategies into action, with a strong background in B2B and B2C marketing. Independent leadership of strategy development across multiple products and capabilities combined with successful execution, including measurement and outcomes, is a must.
This role is at the intersection of key business stakeholders, including Product, Sales and Sales Enablement and the right candidate will excel at providing and receiving feedback and managing stakeholder relationships. A successful candidate will be curious, detail-oriented and a creative problem solver who can work well within dynamic cross functional teams and own the execution of multiple projects, on time and within budget.
The tangible results of a product marketer's work typically include:
Deep understanding of the market, competition and customers
Developing creative briefs and provide direction, feedback to creative partners to ensure creative is delivered on strategy and meets legal guidelines
Positioning and messaging that attracts and converts prospects and leads
Sales enablement materials that help Sales close more deals
Impactful and measurable go-to-market strategy and launch plans that outline in detail how the product will be promoted and sold to support business growth goals
Establish and leverage analytics to measure campaign success; continuously optimize and innovate to deliver desired results
Management of a marketing budget (forecasting of projected expenses and margin expenses) and invoice submission and tracking process
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience with healthcare or industry with similar considerations that inform marketing and messaging approach
3+ years of cross-functional leadership experience
2+ years of management experience (1+ direct reports)
Expertise in B2B and B2C marketing where the clients are in the fortune 500 and expertise of leveraging a surround sound/cross channel approach
Proven ability to partner cross functionally at all levels of the organization to ensure you are bringing both leadership and influence
Able to navigate a complex organization: the ideal candidate will have worked effectively in an organization of considerable size, scope and complexity. They will be highly effective at partnering and will understand how to collaborate, influence and drive impact across the organization
Ability to synthesize and structure complex information and deliver it in a clear and compelling way through strong story telling & quantitative and qualitative evidence
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or relevant equivalent experience required
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
