Job Title: Office ManagerJob Description

This position is a temporary Office Manager role for potentially six months, with some potential to become long-term. The Office Manager will work within a small to mid-sized company, executing various administrative duties to support the office.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls.

Monitor the company email account.

Handle registrations for the trucks.

Assist with scheduling and tracking of trucks.

Perform other duties as needed.

Essential Skills

Experience in administrative support and office administration within any industry, with preference given to those with services or utility industry experience.

Proficiency with computer applications.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Transportation and logistics experience is a plus, particularly in scheduling and tracking trucks.

Work Environment

This role will be situated within the office of a commercial electrician company, where the Office Manager will handle phone calls and various administrative tasks. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a half-hour unpaid lunch. The dress code is business casual, with jeans being acceptable.

This is a Contract position based out of Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
