The Opportunity

As part of the Client Engagement Management team you will build and maintain sturdy relationships with clients, securing their satisfaction and success with PwC's services. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. This role requires a visionary leader who can identify new possibilities, manage engagements from initial contact to project delivery, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes client success.

Responsibilities

Establish and communicate the strategic vision for client engagements

Drive business development initiatives to enhance client relationships

Oversee project management from inception to completion

Identify and seize new business opportunities

Foster a collaborative atmosphere that prioritizes client success

Maintain executive relationships with clients

Promote client satisfaction through impactful engagement strategies

Mentor team members to cultivate their professional growth

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

10 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

Master's Degree preferred

Certification(s) Preferred: AWS, Azure, GCP Specialized, or Project Management Professional (PMP), or SAFe Agilist

Excelling in client relationship management

Managing multiple projects from start to finish

Demonstrating exceptional problem-solving abilities

Proven experience in overseeing business development objectives tailored to managed services offerings.

Demonstrated experience IT Enterprise, IT Outsourcing (ITO)

Communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders

Understanding market trends and business dynamics

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
