Description We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, a solid background in financial recordkeeping, and proficiency in QuickBooks Online. Based in Voorhees, New Jersey, this position offers an opportunity to contribute to the accurate management of financial operations.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including tracking and categorizing transactions.

Perform routine bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.

Utilize QuickBooks Online for day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.

Generate financial reports to support organizational decision-making.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and improve financial workflows.

Assist in preparing documentation for audits or tax-related purposes.

Monitor cash flow and provide updates to management as needed. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.

Demonstrated experience with bank reconciliations.

Solid understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.

Familiarity with accounting principles and relevant software tools.
