?? What You'll Be Doing:

Own the journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations

Help prepare accurate financial statements that tell the story behind the numbers

Manage intercompany transactions and ensure clean reconciliations

Prepare tax returns and 1099s with precision

Dive into inventory reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards

Analyze sales commissions and support payroll prep

Deliver monthly financial reports to the sales team

Perform cost analysis on freight billings

Collaborate across departments to keep things running smoothly

Requirements

?? What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience

Solid understanding of US GAAP

Experience in high transaction volume environments

Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP or Dynamics GP

Strong General Ledger (GL) experience

Bonus points for Dynamics GP experience

Cost accounting experience is not required
