We're hiring a Construction Project Manager to join a premier power generation company in Dallas, TX. Salary/Compensation

Competitive pay: $45-$50 per hour

Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish.

Manage schedules, coordinate on-site meetings, and ensure milestones are met.

Communicate resource constraints and drive timely issue resolution.

Complete and maintain commissioning documentation.

Act as the on-site safety lead , ensuring compliance with all safety standards.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

3-5 years of experience in construction project management (10 years or less preferred).

Excel at communication and collaboration in high-energy environments.

Onsite construction experience is required -candidates with telecommunications or IT backgrounds will not be considered.

Experience in commissioning of building utilities, power generation systems, or data centers is strongly preferred.

Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex projects.

Are safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and thrive under pressure.

Available to work fully onsite in Dallas.
