JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility. This job is ON - SITE. FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: Shift 1 Job Summary: Supports leadership at a Director level with administrative functions; including, but no limited to: calendar management, meeting minutes, itineraries, travel accommodations, and drafting leader communications. Creates spreadsheets, reports, presentations, agendas and correspondence. Uses discretion in handling confidential information, reception of guests, screening of calls, and assistance with special projects. Duties may vary by leader. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: 2 years of Administrative Assistant or 5 years of Secretarial experience. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High School Diploma / GED. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Ability to use discretion with handling sensitive information. Competence in the use and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
