Job Description:
Administrative Associate
Accurately enter maintenance work orders into the company's work management system.
Review field tickets, service reports, and job logs for completeness before entry.
Track the status of work orders and update records as jobs are completed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or data systems is preferred.
Previous experience in data entry or administrative support (oil & gas industry experience is preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with maintenance management software (SAP or eMaintenance or similar) is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical and written data.
Excellent communication skills for working with both office staff and field personnel.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience handling work orders, purchase orders, or service requests.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
