Administrative Assistants - Temp to Perm

Location: Harrisburg, NC

Pay: $18-$19 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking two Administrative Assistants to join a growing team in Harrisburg, NC. These positions are temp-to-perm with long-term career potential-one role is expected to progress into a Membership Coordinator position.

Responsibilities:

Support daily administrative operations

Manage and update the CRM system

Assist with order processing and documentation

Provide training materials and resources to members

Handle inbound calls and deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Strong verbal communication and phone skills

Sales or customer intake experience preferred

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
