Description

A well-known insurance provider in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking a "Director of First Impressions" to join their team. The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for handling all aspects of administrative support, including phone and email correspondence, ordering and maintaining office supplies, facility management, coordinating meetings, greeting guests, scheduling, and general office support. Must be technically savvy, polished, and eager to learn.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.

Proficiency in answering and managing multi-line phone systems.

Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail.

Ability to organize files and manage calendars effectively.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
