Ryans Property Services is committed to our customers by providing quality fence and installation work. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks including bookkeeping and scheduling, supporting staff, and maintaining efficient office systems. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:\

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive work

environment.\

Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.\

Manage front desk duties, including answering phone calls, emails and

walk-in inquiries.\

Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents and

records.\

Proofread documents for grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors

before -- distribution.\

Assist in scheduling appointments for construction and fencing

projects.\

Utilize computer software including Microsoft products and QuickBooks

for various administrative tasks, ensuring data is computerized efficiently.\

Support the team with clerical tasks as needed.\

Implement time management strategies to prioritize tasks effectively.\

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:\

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is

preferred. At least one year of customer service experience is required.\

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office products

including Word & Excel and QuickBooks software\

Basic understanding of bookkeeping required, and bookkeeping

experience preferred.\

Previous experience as an office assistant/administrator at a

construction or contractor company is preferred\

Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple

tasks simultaneously.\

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality

work.\

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.\

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a

fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:\ Ryans Property Services is a local and family-owned business. Position is based out of a small back office of a garage. Interested Individuals should feel comfortable working in a relaxed environment, where jeans are typical attire, and hearing casual language from staff.
