Summary You will serve as a HUMAN PERFORMANCE OFFICE DIRECTOR in the HUMAN PERFORMANCE BRANCH of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND. Responsibilities You will ensures compliance and quality assurance throughout all Marine Corps physical fitness readiness programs, human performance optimization, training, and education. You will serve as the primary division point of contact for general and occupational physical fitness inquiries. You will initiate, or assist with, scientific studies and investigations with the aim to improve the health and performance of Marines and overall resiliency of the workforce. You will plan, implement, manage, and evaluate all aspects of the assigned physical readiness programs You will exercises supervision over highly specialized physical fitness subject matter experts, training specialists, and training assessors. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector directing physical fitness and performance programs, developing policy, overseeing research, coordinating with senior leaders, supervising staff, and applying expertise to enhance mission readiness.
