Kentro is hiring a Knowledge Management (KM) Journeyman to support the implementation and sustainment of a Zero Trust (ZT) security framework within the enterprise. The KM Journeyman will assist in the development, organization, and delivery of knowledge-sharing processes, ensuring that critical documentation, artifacts, and best practices are accessible to stakeholders. This role focuses on enabling collaboration, maintaining data integrity, and supporting decision-making processes that align with Zero Trust principles and Department of Defense (DoD) standards.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and maintenance of knowledge repositories, workflows, and document libraries to capture and share ZT architecture and implementation details.
Ensure knowledge products (e.g., technical artifacts, process documents, training materials) are current, accurate, and aligned with DoD ZT Reference Architecture and enterprise policies.
Assist in information governance activities, ensuring that data is classified, labeled, and shared according to DoD and ZT security standards.
Facilitate collaboration across engineering, cybersecurity, and program teams, ensuring information is distributed and accessible for decision-making.
Support the integration of knowledge management practices into agile or iterative development cycles for ZT solutions.
Monitor and report on knowledge-sharing effectiveness, recommending improvements to processes and tools.
Provide administrative and technical support for collaborative platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, or ServiceNow Knowledge Base.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Knowledge Management, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of professional experience in knowledge management, information management, or related fields.
Familiarity with Zero Trust principles, DoD cybersecurity policies, and data governance practices.
Experience with knowledge management platforms (SharePoint, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar).
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting DoD or Federal government programs.
Understanding of NIST 800-207 Zero Trust framework.
Familiarity with metadata tagging, document workflows, and records management.
ITIL Foundation, CKM (Certified Knowledge Manager), or other knowledge management-related certification a plus.
Clearance Requirement:
Must have an active TS/SCI
