Job Summary
As a Senior Manager of GenAI, you will be responsible for leading the GenAI Center of Excellence within the Enterprise Business Intelligence group. You will ensure GenAI initiatives are efficiently being executed through our different tools and platforms around creative content generation, leading discussions, and collaborating with leadership and staff for effective delivery and maintenance.

Core Responsibilities
Help define, own, and drive the strategic vision for GenAI initiatives across the organization to transform marketing operations, content creation, and customer engagement for the Marketing System of Record.
Lead cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and marketing leaders to align GenAI initiatives with brand goals, campaign KPIs, and customer journey strategies.
Oversee the development and deployment of scalable GenAI models and platforms for hyper-personalized content, dynamic ad generation, and automated campaign design.
Partner with executive leadership to align GenAI capabilities with business goals.
Drive innovation in AI-generated creative assets (e.g., copy, images, video scripts) for omnichannel marketing.
Evaluate and prioritize high-impact GenAI use cases across departments and implement GenAI platforms for marketing automation, A/B testing, and real-time content optimization.
Ensure ethical use of AI in customer data handling, personalization, and brand voice consistency.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and external partnerships in the AI ecosystem.
Monitor ROI of GenAI initiatives across paid media, email, social, and content marketing.
Mentor and develop GenAI talent, fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
Represent the marketing AI vision in executive meetings, industry events, and thought leadership forums.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

You Bring:
7+ years relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technology, operations management, business administration, or related field
Ability to identify, manage, and help mitigate issues and risks
Highly organized and ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with business and financial principles
The Ideal Match:
Experience with SaaS or CMS systems a plus
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Figma, Microsoft O365 a plus
Strong IT skills, including database development

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $130,346.32 - $195,519.48
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
